Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the United States and are doing trials Internationally. Please contact us if you are in need of shipping to Hawaii or Internationally. We like to communicate closely to check on weather and humidity in your area.
There is a warm-weather surcharge for packages going out from May-September, or if it is warm in your part of the world. During these times we provide proper insulation, ice packs, and tracking information for every package and we only ship Monday-Thursday to assure proper timing. Please follow tracking and select an address where someone can be there to receive the package immediately.
We are all about the planet and ship with recycled and thoughtful materials, never using styrofoam.
If your package is left unattended in the mailbox or on the porch, we cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate. However, if you feel that we made an error or the chocolate was damaged in the shipping process, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
