Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally but please contact us before placing an international order so that we can discuss the weather and humidity in your area. For the safety of the chocolate we like to communicate closely with you for delivery.
There is a warm-weather surcharge for packages going out from May-September, or if it is warm in your part of the world. During these times we provide proper insulation, ice packs, and tracking information for every package and we only ship Monday-Thursday to assure proper timing. Please follow tracking and select an address where someone can be there to receive the package immediately on hot days.
If your package is left unattended in the mailbox or on the porch we cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate. However, if you feel that we made an error or the chocolate was damaged in the shipping process, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
We are all about the planet and use recycled and thoughtful materials. We never use styrofoam.
