Naive Milk Chocolate with Peanut Butter 42%

Coming from the land of strange creations, chocolate maker Domantas Uzpalis has created a chocolate bar with classic ingredients this time around. Nothing in this world is better than peanut butter and chocolate.

This organic milk chocolate was made with premium cacao, grass-fed milk powder, peanuts, and sea salt. I am unsure if the peanuts were ground alongside the cacao in the melanger, but regardless, it has a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

There are flavor similarities between this and the Tahini Milk Chocolate 42%, although that one tastes more savory, provoking thoughts of Asian food. The main difference between the two is that the Tahini bar has full sesame seeds folded into the chocolate. I love both bars equally for different reasons.

Uzpalis doesn't just have a wild imagination in the chocolate factory, his stories about his chocolate can conjure up bizarre imagery, and I positively love him for it. Take the story about this bar for example:

"This peanut butter chocolate is made by the devil himself. The chocolate is mixed by the devil's horn and is so tempting that the recipe was included in the list of the biggest sins in the world. For almost four days, the peanut butter is churned and whipped by virgins, and on the fifth day, Lucifer joins the chocolate-making process. The divine tears of virgin girls are mixed together with the flames of inferno and from this act of deflowering, the peanut butter chocolate bar is born."
