At Utah Chocolate Society we have spent the last 3 months pairing 64 bars against each other in a blind taste test. Each pairing becoming more difficult than the last to decide which to vote for.

In celebration of the Society’s 6 Year Anniversary and to vote on the final two bars, we partied hard on chocolate. The final two bars were Cacao Sampaka’s Xoconusco and Fruition's Hispaniola. Hispaniola won!

Everyone did an incredible job making the most divine treats to eat in celebration.

As you can see in the photos, many of the Utah Chocolate makers also came to celebrate and share their goodies. We had a lot of fun and left very full.
